How do you overcome having a shy bladder?!

Question: Takes time and patience. First you have to make yourself use the urinal, don't hide in the stalls to pee. Second, try and shut out everything else-- walk up, flip out your penis, aim and close your eyes-- then count to 20. Work on the goal of getting your stream to flow by a 20 count, and eventually lowering that amount down. This method does work, and no one should comment on you closing your eyes, they should not be able to tell if they are watching their own aim. And don;t be discouraged if you are doing alright for a while, and suddenly get "shy" again-- just happens. Do the exercise for several months and then you'll not notice being shy at all--worked well for me. Good luck.

drink lots of water and ask a close friend to watch you pee. once you get used to having that friend watch you it will be easier .

if possible let your friend hold it while you pee

what the hec? drink water in introduce it to the world maybe talk to it or let it see anothert bladder pi$$ing?!?!?!?

Try to focus and take deep natural breaths when you step up to the urinal. Focus on relaxing thoughts that make you smile...like holding a fully automatic weapon while surrounded by the Swedish swimsuit team.
