NO-XPLODE Side Effects... Could you help me?!

Question: I have just started a new "cycle" of NO-Xplode.

I hit the gym tonight and drank the NO xplode 30-45 mins before my workout like the directions said.

I was doing my chest workout when my heart beat increased in intensity and in frequency. I got a little scared because it wasnt normal for me.( I can run like 2.5 miles and not be out of breath) I feel it was a direct result from the supplement.

So i was wondering should i take the dosage earlier than recommended so it can "set" in or should i half the dosage for pre-workout?

If there are any other comments or suggestions please dont hesitate to post.

thanks everybody.

You should be careful with stuff like this. Personally I'd avoid it altogether. Basically the stuff pumps your system full of vitamines, NO2 (nitric-oxide) and "natural" steroids. The result is that your body has extra energy and stamina from the vitamines, you have more oxygen in your brain from the NO2 and you build muscles more quickly because of the creatine.

The reason this can be a problem is really in two main departments - if you are sensitive to energy products you can induce panic attacks ( a sudden state of fear where you're heart is racing, you think you are dying and have suffer other physical symptoms as well) and in rare cases even give yourself a heart attack. Hey about 2000 people a year die from caffeine alone.

The other problem is that the reason your body gets tired in the first place is because you have physical limmits. By taking these energy suppliments you are essentially by-passing your body's natural mechanism that tells you are tired. Doing this means you can push yourself too far - usually you just end up tearing muscle or ligament tissue. In extreme cases, especially if you are prone to heart problems, you can cause yourself to have heart failure.

If you had a negative reaction to this stuff I would suggest not taking it at all. If you are hell bent on doing it anyway, I would say take half, wait about an hour, then begin your daily regiment.

Make sure you drink plenty of water as that will help you process acid build up as well as allow your body to be able to process the added nutrition from the suppliment.

Its generally a good idea to consult a doctor before taking any muscle building suppliment and look the stuff up online. Its usually real easy to find information about these products and if people have been injured or died as a result you should be able to find that info pretty quickly.

let it set in for like 10-15 min. before exercising and see how it goes.....and I heard that stuff is supposed to do that so you can exercise longer

thats normal.

just make sure you drink plenty of water.

dont change your routine, no xplode is strong, the best out there.
so take full advantage of it.
