Is this technique effective to help me to last longer in bed?!

Question: First off, I don't have premature ejaculation. The fact is, sometimes I last a little while, sometimes I don't last long at all. What I want to do is to be in total control of my ejaculation...meaning I'll come when I WANT to come (AFTER I've satisfied my wife).

There's a couple things I'm doing to help this. The first thing I'm doing is kegel exercises and working my lower abs. This will help me to simply hold it back when I get close to "the point of no return."

Another technique I've looked into is to masturbate to the point to where you almost go, and then stop it. So my questions are, is this technique effective? and How do you "stop" it (do you pinch your penis? or do you just hold it in as best you can).

My plan is to masturbate until I'm about to go and then stop, then masturbate a little longer, then stop, and so forth until I can masturbate for 10, 15 minutes without coming.

Any feedback?

I find that technique does help. You learn self control which is really the most important thing when it comes(no pun intended) to how long you can last.

masturbate and com right before u have sex, u last longer

When you get the feeling that your gonna ***. Stop and do another position. Also if she is on top you *** slower because when your on top your more excited. If you want to satisfy her then maybe eat a little before sex if you know what i mean.

Usually the best way to have control is to just be having sex on a regular basis (IE every day or every other day). You are married so you should have access, not like some guy depending on dating and occasionally getting lucky.

Just before you are about to... ask your wife to grab your scrotum hard.... while you get over the pain, you will give yourself more time.

There is no surefire way to control your orgasm. I willl say that what you propose is deffinately going to help. The trick with the masturbation technique is to go slowly, work your way up and prolong the experience. That catch is you don't want to do this regularly because you can actually cause ED later on in life.... ummm you're also going to want to prolong this for like a 1/2 to a full hour. If you feel like you're just going to explode, squeeze your peneal muscle as hard as possible, stop masturbating too, and let the senstation go away.

To add to what you're talking about, when you urinate, stop the stream like 5 times and then empty your bladder. This will focus on your perineum muscle just between your scotum and anus.

Also, as much as you practice physical excersices, keep in mind your brain is really your biggest sex organ. If you have a bad attitude about lasting long in bed, you're not going to last long. So stay confident and feel proud of yourself. Sex is mostly in the head anyways.

My best advice is this: As you get close to the edge, go somewhere else in your mind or in other words think of something else. Also you can stop moving and give yourself a little time to cool down.
