In the olden times, they (parents or elders) used to place a ring on the young man's penis to prevent him from wanking oh yea the ring had spikes on it; this prevented the young man from wanking his life away. You might have some type of addiction because if a behavior is a choice and it seems it is (this will be assessed by the therapist) you need therapy.
