Im 15. i want to build up muscle but i have no access to a gym. what can i do? w!
Question: Set yourself out a little work plan with some different exercises.
For example, in the morning:
20 Pushups
10 Pressups
5 Burpees
At night:
15 Pushups
15 Pressups
10 Star-jumps
etc... vary it a little so its fun and make sure you set the right amount - don't be tempted to do too much and hurt yourself.
Pick something that you can do, and stick to it!
Hope this helps.

Push ups
Yes, isometric exercises require no gym.
Ask at your library for books.
For weights you can use bottle of water, do push-up.
Go to www.FREECYCLE.com and sign up for your area and ask for unwated weights etc.
They have a lot of that.
What about your school/community center, can you use there weights ? Ask at the Y for a scholar ship program.
