Is this considered second hand smoke?!

Question: i'm a serious tri-athlete who competes in triathons about 4 times a month. i live in an apartment complex where this dude smokes, and the scent of it lingers into my apt (im guessing he/she smokes inside, which goes through the vents). you cant see the actual smoke, but you can smell the scent of it, strong enough to give me headaches. is this considered 2nd hand smoke? and will this affect my running/swimming/cycling?

thanks for reading guys, stay healthy

are you talking about weed or cigarettes? cigarettes are bad for second hand smoke, but you are just getting a watered down dose of it. most of the bad stuff went into him. if its weed, just chillax and enjoy. no but seriously if its weed talk to someone about it because that should be addressed immediately. i wouldn't want my sisters to have to smell that

Yes it's 2nd hand smoke.
