How do I move up in bicep weight?!

Question: I've been weight lifting since August and have increased strength in all the areas I've been working on, even biceps. But for the last two months I haven't increased weight on my biceps. My bicep work out is 4 sets (12, 10, 8, 6) with the ez curl bar (about 60 pounds total) then I use dumbells 25s (12, 10, 8, 6) then I finish my bicep workout with working on my outter bicep. I take protein and I use a supplement called Nitrix by BSN. Can someone please help me????!!!!!!!!

in the gyms they usually have in the weight lifting room like a seat with an inclined small table where you can do biceps. It helped me because you dont have to concentrate extra on form and is more power. When I was ddoing it standing my power hardly increased but when I used those things It increased more then two times. and was getting faster results with it too. I used that with a dumbell. I do a rep with one arm and then with the other. and now I can lift alot more weight when I am standing up and I do it in Great form. and those seats with the inclined rest for your arms are great for doing it with curl bars too. Start off low. and warm yourself up. Let your testosterone and energy levels build up slowly. too fast makes you get too tired. and then when you feel stronger keep lifting the heavy sets. until you arms are so burnt you can't lift no more. of course your taking small breaks from each rest. but when you start to get too tired, your arms are getting too burny feeling, stop or do lighter weights and then stop. and take 3 day rest. That really gets your arms stronger.
