Building a wide large body?!

The following exercises will build "width" and mass.

Squats are an absolute must.
Bench press is a must.
Military press
Lateral pull-downs (beyond the back)
Push-ups with a wide spread
And don't forget pull-ups, they will make you big and wide!

yeah you gotta make sure you work out all the muscles, like not just biceps but all your shoulder and back muscles too

It's not so much the exercise that will get you beefy - It's what you eat! You can only really do cardio and ab workouts for your lower body, and you can bench and lift to get pecks, but thats just the half of it. The real battle is your diet! Building lean and hardy muscle takes alot of healthy, right choices. Lots of meats, proteins, fruits, you name it. No soda or greasy fatty things.

if you were really wide, you might start to resemble a circle shape, if you weren't that tall...

Well I also wanted to get wide and now I've gotten pretty big and I regularly do bench press both incline and decline, military press and power cleans.......
also I'm taking creatine that works amazing.......
