Well, good news is, I strongly believe this can be cured without circumcision. It might even be curable at home, if you stretch it properly, pacing it so that you can get it elastic enough to pull behind the head without the choking feeling. If that doesn't work, to cure it, you'll need to consult a doctor, so swallow your pride and be prepared to talk to your parents about it. Your doctor can put you on a cream that can loosen the foreskin up enough so you can slide it around enough. If that doesn't work, he can do a minor incision to loosen the foreskin, and this is by no means a circumcision, nor as pricey. And if that still doesn't work, there is a partial circumcision that can leave you with a good deal of your foreskin left after the doctor removes the tightened area. And finally, if everything else fails, after all channels have been exhausted, then you will have to consider a circumcision. But even if it seems there is nothing left, ask your doctor, and he may be able to give you more suggestions than I may know of. Best of luck to you.

You need a circumsicion, its the only cure

Sounds like you got a big bell like me.

Sorry...but like it or not, you're going to have to go see a doc about it...maybe get some surgical modifications done.

Wasn't what you wanted to hear, but it's that or give up sex and erections for life

yes surely need to see a doctor who has to cut that foreskin...i don't think you'd do that by yourself

find a peostitute, then don't pay her

u just dont bring this kind of stuff up out of the blue

Wheres Elana Bobbet when you need her?

You must consult a surgeon....there is nothing to be ashamed of.....If you don't undergo a circumcision you will end up with more serious problems later....remember a stitch in time saves nine.

try pulling back the foreskin keep it clean and dry then get a stiff play with it finish leave foreskin back try that for a while if if still does it then ask your dad if he has the same problem

Medical opinion differs on the condition and on treatment. It has been suggested that any radical or surgical treatments for phimosis should not be done until after puberty. This has partly come about because of the reaction to the over use of circumcision as a mainstream treatment for phimosis. It has also been reported by bodies such as CIRP that significant numbers of doctors are unable to recognise normal developmental tight prepuce and pathological phimosis.

It is believed that many unnecessary circumcisions are performed because of current medical practice and misdiagnosis of phimosis. Balanitis xeroticia obliterans has been sited as one of the only causes of phimosis that should lead to a surgical circumcision.

im so sorry, you still need to see a doctor before its too late.. dont be afraid...

This is common in infants but it can happen in adulthood too. My brother in law had it.
I know you dont want to hear it but you WILL need to see a doctor if you want treatment.
If you are not getting infections or pain and you can live with it, then there is no problem. You just need super hygiene as infection could be a big problem for you and your partner.
There are options such as circumcision or simple stretching techniques.

I would think that as long as your foreskin now retracts behind the penis head then there shouldn't be a need for a circumcision.

It WILL be painful for a while when you have an erection with the foreskin pulled back but your just going to have to live with that until the skin stretches some more which from personal experience will happen, as a teenager I had the same problem but now I don't and consequently have no problem with my foreskin retracting properly when I have a hard on.

If it really starts to become an issue in a few months then you are going to have to talk to a doctor which is nothing to be embarrassed about as it's their job.

you need to read this

very useful info

If you're too ashamed to see a doctor then I would say just keep stretching it. It's good if it goes all the way back but probably just a little bit tight still. As long as it doesn't get stuck back there and really choke it, you should be ok and it should only take a few more weeks to make it even looser.

I would recommend that you see a doctor though, to ask for the steroidal cream that is used to help loosen foreskins. This would probably speed up the process. I know it's embarrassing but remember doctors are professional, have seen all sorts of situations, and it's worth a bit of embarrassment to have a properly working foreskin.

If the doctor immediately says circumcision though then go and find another one. You should also print off information from the internet about the bethamethasone (sorry I think I spelt it wrong) cream, to show the doctor.

And like Oleander says in serious cases they can do a slit in the foreskin to loosen it as a last resort, a circumcision should not be necessary.
