one obvious thing will happen is your upper lip will look whiter since you shaved your mustache away.....but other than that nothing will happen. the hair will grow back but will be thicker and darker....

well no the hair will just grow back in a couple of weeks, I shave and my hair grows back in about 2 weeks.
