This is an orgasm for a man. You need to remember the most pleasure doesn't come from the fact that your getting off. When you find someone you love and care about than the act of making love as a whole will give you the whole body experience your thinking about. There are also some things you can learn to do differently, like teaching yourself how to withhold your ejaculation, the longer you do the better its gonna feel.
