My Husband has a very sensative stomach can anyone help?!

Question: Say if he goes for a night out and has a few beers, he wakes up the next morning to stomach cramps and diarrhea. The same thing happens when he has take away food. I would understand if the food he was eating was spicy or if he was having too much to drink. But he eats very healthy in general and only has approx 5 pints on an average night out. Can anyone suggest anything he could maybe take to ease?

It just sounds as if he can't tolerate very fatty foods and alcoholic drinks. did he suffer an illness in the past that could of effected his digestive system? I am the same as him but I have ME (chronic fatigue syndrome). my step-mum is like this as well, but there was nothing wrong with her, just the way she is. strengthen his immune system with vitamins (a good multivitamin) also acidophiles is good for the digestive system, so maybe give it a try.go to your local health food shop and ask at the counter what they think would be good to improve his immune system, they will help. good luck! :D

Nothing you can do he's a light weight thats all there is to it.

He may well be celiac, get your GP to check it out.

Have him try a teaspoon of Bicarb dissolved in a small glass of water before he goes to bed. Works for me.

Maybe he should stop drinking and see if it goes away. (Note: In the UK 5 pints is classed as a binge.)

He may have IBS- irritable bowl syndrome.. read up.

5 pints! Geez! He may have an ulcer? Easily irritated by alcohol or spicy food (or MSG?).

Try a barbed wire pull through...

try these first
drinking a plenty of water
hot water+lemon+honey
hot water+ginger+honey
eat of lot of fruits and veg

go on a fast or Vegan diet for a week or two
if this does not help
check with chinese herbal therapist for help
Good luck
