How do I impress the importance of personal appearance upon my boyfriend?!
Question: He likes to recieve the best treatment and CAN pay for it.
However ..he is jewish...and likes to keep a beard, which is fine.
However most of the time...it is unkempt and scrufffy.
the same with his hair and clothes!
I am always presentable and well dressed.
How do i help him see that appearace is important while not nagging him. I hurt his feelings every time i talk with him...but he asks me!?!?!
I love him and would like him to dress and prepare himself better.

tell him its important for you.
obviously he doesn't care so making him think its important for him won't matter.
take him to the barber, shop for clothes for him, he will love the attention. jewish men love to be fawned over but hate to be nagged. it reminds them of their mothers.
when he matures he will take more pride in his appearance. It just part of being young and immature.
