I want to work out my abs...help?!

Question: I'd like to work on my abs, you know, the whole hard stomach and everything. I've been to the gym a few times in the last couple months but not nearly enough to make a difference. It's to my understanding that my best option is doing sit ups? If that is true the question would be how many, and how many per day/how many days, etc?

M y friend is also willing to lend me some sort of crunch machine thats like a pogo stick looking thing(?). I'm not sure. Anyway, is there anything I should be eating also/etc? I'm by no means overweight I'm 5'10 and 132.

Advice? Thanks in advance.

what you need to do is wake up a 5:30 in the morning and run run run run run run. at least 2.5 miles you should be done in 30-45 mins. after that do some abes and push ups and some biceps. you should eat tuna evey day. You should do this evey day. Try to get a runing budey. trust me.

look up abs diet!! its really good way to get them abs

Some good core exercises are: doing crunches with your thighs pointing up and then your calves pointing out horizontally so you make a right angle with your legs, putting your legs straight up in the air and doing crunches while trying to touch your toes each time you go up. If you're out of shape then start doing like 10 of each and as you get in shape you can do more. I would suggest doing them everyday if you can.

There are upper and lower abs and obliques. All three require three different exercises. It takes a lot of work.
