Question: My testicle has been hurting ramdomly for a while now. I was checked for Claymida and it came up neg which i was told was the probably cause but i still have pain and that was like 7 months ago. help Please

is it on one side or moves from one to another? or does it start from lower abdomen ? say from right or left of the bellybutton and move down to the testicle on the same side? you should get a urine culture done and an uss of the abdomen ,kidneys and prostrate especially. a prostratic cyst can be a chance. consult urologist
You could be wearing your underware too tight or your pants too tight and when you sit down it squishes your ball.
It could also be caused by masturbating too much.
If that's not it you should see a doctor again.
i had the same symptoms. turned out my tubing was twisted and there was no drainage. i almost lost one. if it swells at all request an ultrasound. saved my nut.
