I wear tight underwear - will that affect the growth of my penis?!
Question: I normally wear briefs instead of boxers because I prefer them. Does wearing them affect the size of my penis? I mean,I know I could get some looser fitting briefs in the crotch area,but sometimes I wear my briefs and my penis is a bit shrunken compared to if I was to go commando in a pair of gym shorts. I can't really shift to boxers because I wear tight pants,and they get really uncomfortable. Would buying a couple pairs of boxer briefs or checking out a pair of briefs with a bit more "package space" reduce this occurance/make me a bit more bigger in the size department?

It really takes a shrink wrap to affect your sperm count.
In theory, boxers are better because the testes are meant to be exposed to lower temperatures (hence nature's given design), and boxers are more airy.
However, Briefs and bikini briefs do not lower sperm count (maybe it does but a negligible of less than 0.5%.)
And you mentioned penis.......the only problem is if it grows beyond the waist band....but only if that is a problem.
Most girls prefer guys in boxers if the guy is fat. Otherwise, briefs looks better on guys for girls.

It should not affect the size.I wear briefs and mine is alright.
It will not effect the size but it will effect the amount of sperm you have, let me explain.....The reason for your sack is to keep the testicles away from your body due to heat when it is hot your scrotum stretches out and pulls the testicles away from the body because the heat can kill your sperm cells and when it is cold the scrotum pulls the tesitcles up towrd the body to keep them warm enough. When you wear boxer briefs or just breifs it has the sack close to the body all teh time while you are wearing them which kills sperm cells. It is not that big of a deal but it is something you should be aware of. I would suggest switching back and forth from boxer to boxer breif every day one day boxers next day boxer briefs if there that comfy.

wearing to tight of any kind of garment has it measures yes it could hinder growth potential size wise and all it could also make you steril where you may not be able to have children let the penis breathed it needs room to move around and get circulation
Its not that is going to affect the size of your penis but what it might affect is the blood circulation flowing to your penis. Remember that the better circulation of blood you get to your penis = a bigger erection. So if you always wear tight underwear you going to start cutting off some of the circulating blood.

doesnt affect the growth but u can become steryle and if you're having kids can cause birth defects on account of damaged sperm.

It won't affect your growth at all. That is determined by your genetic code that is in your DNA. I wore only briefs while I was a kid and in my teens. I didn't start wearing boxers till my 20's, I personally won't ever go back not for the affect it has on having kids but just because to me they are more comfortable. Good Luck
Wearing briefs will definitely not effect the size of your penis, your penis will continue to grow to the full extent that it is genetically meant to be.
However, if at some point in your life you want to consider getting a woman pregnant you will need to wear looser fitting underwear so that your testicles will be cooler than your body temperature in order to maintain healthy and viable sperm.
Not that I know of. I doubt it should give you any issues. Its not like water(fills the space its put into).
I've noticed what you mean with the gym shorts though, so maybe it kinda depends on what ur wearing as to the size at the time. Maybe things are just shrinking away a little, while you wear briefs, to keep things comfortable down there when things get a bit tight.
If you wanna try different underwear, go ahead, it won't do any harm.
either way, I don't think the overall size should be affected in the long run.
