If you are working out hard, you will begin seeing results pretty quick. Don't look for big changes. These things take time. You will start seeing differences after a week or two, though.

If you're looking for ripped abs and huge arms, it all depends on your starting point. If you have been in shape before or are in relatively good shape now, changes will be more rapid. This is because muscles have memory. If you have never been in shape, it will take longer, and you won't know your body enough to know when you are just exerting yourself or when you are really working your muscles. Once you hit your stride, you get stronger much faster.

You did not say how long you have been doing this work out. It will take about 6 weeks or more before you see results. One result you may see immediately is the amount of food you are ingesting. Be careful there too; the wrong foods (white sugar, white flour, white rice, white potato) will likely slow down your metabolism.
