Penis Problem any advice?!
Question: ok it all started when i used this pan oxly soap it for my acne on my chest and back anyway it drys out ur skin and i guess i was suppose to just use it on the acne aera instead i used it on my whole body (including my penis) and anyway the skin my penis got REALY REALY dry and started to flake off i was like WTF so i stoped using the soap but now theres cracks on the mushroom tip part it hurts should i use lotion?

It might sound strange, but lip balm can work wonders, and work really quick. Get a good quality one like chap-stick, and just use it as you would on your lips....but if you have one for your lips too, don't mix 'em up! :-)
I would use lotion or vaseline if I had that problem, or if I even had a penis.

It is just a bit dehydrated and the skin has cracked , and it could be painful man .
You should try a moisturiser like Vaseline Intensive , or even one of the Johnsons baby products
It will heal up ok , but just be more careful what you put on such a sensitive area

Use an ointment such as A+D or other diaper rash ointment. Pan Oxyl contains benzoyl peroxide, a strong germ killer/bleach/cleanser--its great to treat acne but you cannot use it like run of the mill soap, use it every other day or a few times a week instead. If you dry your skin out too much your body will over react by making your sebacious glands work in overdrive and could prolong a problem. Diaper rash ointment contains white petroleum and will retain moisture in the area and clear up your problem in no time, it is greasy so change your tighty whities often! :)
Try the lotion for a few days. If it doesn't help then see a doctor.
