I need to know how to lose weight fast for a gym thing in two weeks, can u help?!


Question: well, the best way to lose weight is excersise (cardio paired with pushups and situps etc) and eating healthy. But to safely do this in two weeks, don't expect to lose too much weight.

And don't over do it at all, just eat healthier and exercise, but do not overdue it. All of a sudden running every day, barely eating any food, and doing crazy amounts of situps will work against you. Have a big healthy breakfast (eggs and so on), and lay off the midnight snacks or late night bag of chips. You want to kick start your metabolism in the morning with a big breakfast, and give it a break overnight. Eating lots of healthy food (veggies, protein, low fat milk etc) will actually help you lost a lot more weight than starving yourself on some kind of diet, especially for a male.

Hey, some foods (like spicy foods) help boost your metabolism - so check some of these out if youre serious about doing this - but don't expect to lose an incredible amount of weight healthily in 2 weeks. Even a few pounds will make your gut appear much smaller, if that's what you're after.

It depends of how much weight you want to lose, but I think that two weeks is a short period of time.
