Seriously, This isn't too unusual, you need a little guidance. Even a family doc can give you some direction. I had a friend that had this in high school. he would get teased about it and I think it probably also effected his self esteem. There is a cure though. The trick is the Doc will have to prove it is medically necessary, not just "cosmetic." for insurance to cover it.
