Eh...well, that is under average. But hey, you're 15. You still have time to grow! You'll end up at around 5 inches when you're done. I'm 15, too, so ya know. But hey, the vagina is only 2-4 inches deep, and you'll probably end up slightly above that (I think), so you should be good!

Puberty can come late for some guys, you should just watch and maybe you will get a growth spurt. Not to degrade and not meaning offence (Just Making Sure) The average penis size for a 15 year old is about 6.2.
