Question: Please.... i have an irregular penis. it comes out fine but instead of hanging, it retracts into the body....what disease is this and what should i do to fix this problem.

its normal, mines kind of the same. it only matters when it comes out
sounds like you have an uncircumsized penis
so you're actually maybe even more normal or rather ole natural, than the those of us who have been circumsized.
thats unusual but dont worry about it much until a woman has to see it
just pull it out dude..maybe you have what is called turtlelitis penis...you know like a turlte that keeps its head inside
