Hmm, i never had a wet dream (too much wanking) pre *** is overatted, as long as the real stuff come sout & feels good, who cares. Not everyone is the same. Please dont be offended, but have you had sex? Arousal from sex as opposed to masturbating is usually stronger which itself can cause you to precum but dont worry too much either way.
Some just don't have wet dreams. There's nothing wrong with you.

Not everyone produces precum. Some people produce a lot, and some hardly produce any at all. Natural variation.
Some people never have wet dreams. Others have them quite often. You say you masturbate regularly, so you're probably not letting enough "back pressure" build up to be that excited at night.

If you masturbate regularly your body wont have wet dreams. Precums dont always happen and sometimes they do not just so often and being circumcised doesnt have anything to do with your ejacultions.
