I just got done running and my chest is killing me?!
Question: it is the left side of my chest where my heart is, i have been running alot lately and it has hurt but today it hurts worse than it normally does. it hurts really nad when i try to take a deep breathe... HELP!

its called oxygen debt and yes its very painful......try running slowly and then moving up the pace to allow ur body to adapt to the increase in activity.
see a docter.you could be getting asthma
Was it cold where you were running? If so, your lungs can get frostbite.
