Need to lose weight pretty quick?!
Question: I am a teenager i need to lose at least 20 pounds i dont want to lose it in like days, nothing too crazy but at least in like 4 weeks i am trying to get in shape before it starts getting hotter and i am going to wrestle too so, i really dont want it to be too hard too stick too either so what should i do?

ok so to loose weight run swim.....[CARDIO]
you will see results depending on how often and intense the exercise is....try to start out by exercising...
first week=3 days
second week=5 days
third or fourth week=5 days...but 2 times eachday!
do cardio only then when you lost about 18-20 pounds start weight lifting but dont over do it...cardio is more important..
as for what to eat you should start with keeping track of you calories...it should be about 2500 a day but more if you exercise more..keep hydrated but dont drink toooo much
i think that what works out for people the most is eating a well balanced diet 6 days a week and then on the 7th dont keep track but dont pigout....i also heard that it was better to eat 6-7 small meals a day to speed up ur metabolism rate

If you only ate 3 meals a day with no more than 10 grams of fat and no more than 1,400 calories for the day. And, moderately exercised at least 30 minutes a day (fast paced walking, bicycling, jogging, etc.). You will loose weight fast.
