Its not guilt its just you have released all your sexual tension and you do not feel horny anymore. There is nothing to feel guilty about masterbating its one of the most normal things a guy can do.

Don't feel guilty. It's your thing, do what you want to do. Too much is never enough. It keeps the tubes cleaned out so doing it 2 or 3 times a day is very normal. If you wake up with an erection, take matters in hand. :) Get it on.
