Question: I have a red spot around 1/2 to 1/3 inch long on the end (on top) of my penis. It wasn't a worry but now it hasn't gone away in 2 weeks. It has never been itchy, but it feels a lot rougher than the normal skin in that area.

It could be early stages of psoriasis, I have it on my scrotum, not itching yet, and going to hate it when it does start. I would go to a doctor and he may want to take a biopsy, he will freeze it locally first, and if he says it will not hurt, ask him if you can hold his testicles through the procedure.

sometimes my hubby gets dry skin on his penis and it looks like little kinda red rough patches.

Have you tried lotion or moisturizer?
