Who's building stronger biceps and triceps?!


Question: two of my friends workout alot and I'm wondering who's building more strength?

1.190 pound friend is doing about 5 dips with a quick pace, while my 120 pound friend in doing 15 dips with a slow pace who's building more tricep strength

2.the 190 pound friend is doing dumbell curls with 60 pounds, while the 120 pound friend is doing 18 chin ups who's build more bicep strength

please give reasons why

The 120lb friend is building more tricep and bicep strength. Slower pace and lifting his own body weight in chin ups. But it depends on their diet and how often they rest. You have to eat more protein and rest those muscles for a few days after working out,

The 15 slow dips is building more endurance, the quick seems almost useless because momentum helps and it is only 5!

Hmmm...I think the 120 lb friend in also building more bicep strength because he is having to lift his whole weight of 120lbs.
