is this when he have an erection? if so it is pre-come. normal.
if its not when he has an erection then could be an infection, if it hurts. ask him if he had sex with anyone who might have had an STD
notice that the person asking the question said "the penis". not "his/her penis". she may be talking about her boyfriend, or husband, or whatever.
Its possible that it could just be pre-***, but If it hurts when the dicharge occurs, then thats a big sign that you could have a sexually transmitted disease. go to a doctor to get it really checked out.
I THINK she is talking about the pre-*** that the cowper's gland releases and sits on the tip of the penis? That's only "random" when the guy has a hard-on or gets excited.... unless you are waking up and looking at a penis while the person the penis is attached to is sleeping, then that's just "morning wood" ;)
