Why do most men want more muscle, less fat, etc?!
Question: i dont think is for the ladies, several questions asked here reveal that women actually like the regular joe even with a little belly on.
about 90% of the answers are something like:
i hate the gym type of guy, gross
i like them just fit, not too muscular
i dont like them too big,etc
so, what is it, why do we crave for those big flex-magazine-muscles???
are we attracted to the masculine body?
do we want that body just to look at it?
BTW: i used to be a gym-rat now i workout at home with bodyweight exrcises just to stay healthy, not for the looks at all

uhh i dont want to be huge... just toned so the ladies will love me
all the girls i know say they want muscle over fat , but not the pill popping steroid type
it just looks better....
The ladies I know love muscle, but it's not just for them. After a while it becomes a compulsion to become bigger.
because keeping fit and strong helps you along in life. It gives u more self esteem, it makes u less prone to injury, people give you more respect because u have the dedication to stay fit and strong, having a very impressive body shows you care about yourself, what does a fat belly show people, that you treat your body like crap!
Its eye catching thats all. We wish we could be the fittest healtiest and smartest most powerful man in the world. Its like wanting to have a superpower. Except that bodybuilders are not "fun" cuz they are obssessed with themselves. As a man, would you want a fit woman or a woman bodybuilder that looks like your dad?
well most men yes want to look masculine. yes Women like masculine men. some men want to look feminie but we wont get into that. "some guys" like feminie men
They do? I don't know the men you roll with.
