How many times a day should i lift weights to get best results?!

Try working a specific body part once a day. Like chest and arms on Monday, triceps and back on Weds, legs on Friday. plus working calves and abs every other day. Plus you need to eat lots and lots of food. Like every 4 hours eat something with a lot of protein.

Theres also another good program called "Body for Life"...google it!

I would go online and find a workout routine. Don't over do it.

well what you need to do is get in a routine....i was 128lbs 2 years ago. i went on my first deployment in 2005-2006 for 6 months. i took regular supplemtnts for muscle growth. no steroids!! i went up to 165 in 4 months by having a weekly routine. mine was chest and triceps on monday, back and biceps on tuesday, shoulders and traps on wed, and legs on thurs, and friday was a break then i started all over again. protein is the foundation of your eating plan that you should have. if your young your just gonna have to tuff through it being skinny...like i said i was 128 when i was 18....and could not gain any weight till i was 20. im 178lbs now and im 22. somethings just come with time so good luch and remember your body can only take you so far....supplement do the rest.
