It is not sick at all. According to a survey of more than 8000 males by the web site HealthyStrokes .com in the first half of 2007, 35 percent of males have used a condom to masturbate. Nine percent use them at least some of the time (26 percent say only "rarely"), but only 1.4 percent of males use them most of the time. I suspect that some of the 65 percent who say they never masturbate with condoms have tried it at least once.
You obviously cannot get an STD from yourself. Of course, this does not mean that you want to come into contact with old semen. You could probably get away with rinsing out the condom and reusing it a couple of times -- there was a time when sex instruction manuals showed people how to do this for actual sex -- but this might take some of the fun out of it.
Some of the reasons for using condoms for masturbating that males cite is that it adds a layer of stimulation (i.e., instead of just hand against penis, you have hand against condom AND condom against penis), that it makes it easier to masturbate when the penis is sore or sensitive from some earlier rough activity, and that it just seems sexy to use a condom. However, I think the main reason is that it contains the semen. Some males are self-conscious about going out with ejaculate on them so a condom lessens the chance of getting semen someplace where someone could see or smell it.

if you only use the condom for masturbating yourself and not for sex or on a friend, then you won't catch anythign you haven't already got.
the only down side of masturbating a lot with condoms is the cost. They do help contain the mess but masturbating in the shower works just as well and saves a few bucks.

You cannot get 'Sexually Transmitted Disease(s)' just by using your condoms for masturbation for more than once,
Condoms does not carry any diseases, unless it's faulty when made at the factory...
Also, masturbating does not gets you STDs,
it is a SOLO SEX, and you can only catch STDs from certain disease when having unprotected sex without any forms of contraceptions...
If you don't feel safe enough, then do not USE condoms when masturbating...
