Not really unusual, could well be discharge of unused seminal fluid, or just something you ate.
Most likely a bladder infection. Get yourself to a doctor.
Get checked for chlamydia! It can cause you to become sterile if untreated, and many people (both men and women) have it for years without knowing they have it and keep passing it on to different partners.
I've never haersd of a build up of semen like that. You should get it checked out matey
