You get erections all the time because you're 14. It will calm down in a few years, but you'll just have to live with it.
At 14, it's normal to have erotic fantasies just about all the time. (Come to think of it, it's normal for men at any age.) If the people you see all the time are other boys, it's not surprising they show up in your fantasies - you probably have a much better idea what they look like undressed than what girls look like. That doesn't mean you're gay, it just means the fantasy factory is doing its best with the material available.
