2.for biceps-barbell curl or weighted chin ups
3.for chest-bench press or weighted chest dips
4.for back-pull ups or barbell rows

6.for shoulders-military press or shoulder press

Compound movements with a couple of Isolation Exercises, newbies to total body, intermediate do upper/ lower body 2x a week, advanced do 1-2 body part a day. Diet is most important/ Cardio a couple of days a week. One day off and of course plenty of water/sleep.
