Which exercise is better for the following muscles?!

2.for biceps-barbell curl or weighted chin ups

3.for chest-bench press or weighted chest dips

4.for back-pull ups or barbell rows

5.for legs-squat or deadlift

6.for shoulders-military press or shoulder press

7.for overall mass-squats or deadlifts

1. weighted dips. it works more muscles
2. barbell curl, but again the chinups will trigger all your back muscles
3. bench dips
4. pull ups for total back, rows for lower back
5. squat, but deadlift is pretty much equally affective
6. military press
7. deadlifts. you can use more weight and it requires more muscles to hold the weight and stabalize.

you should do those, but you should also switch it up every other time, you will see better gains. ie, monday bench press wednesday weighted dips.

1-dips
2-barbell curl
3-bench press
4-barbell rows
5-squats
6-military press
7-squats

You should use a variety of exercises for each muscle group, but the basics are always best to start with--
