HECK NO! The two things are totally unrelated, so quit worrying about it. It's just that usually acne problems seem to develop about the same time as you're body is developing and your sex drive is becoming stronger.... But acne is caused by excess oils and imbalance brought on by puberty....you'll have the same amount of acne whether you masturbate or not. Believe me!
So keep on jerking off several times a day and enjoy the great feeling that comes over your body. If your acne is a real problem to you, see a skin doctor--he can prescribe medicines that may help. The over-the-counter stuff usually isn't very effective, frankly.
