and by "knob" I assume you mean the head of the penis.....It just means either you have a rather small mouth or he has a very large penis, not all men have the same sized penii (that a word? lol), so while you might be able to get the WHOLE of one man in there, and just the head of another, it means the other guy had a penis that was too big for your mouth.
