Question: As a young normal 16 year old boy, whenever I'm around my girlfriend, cuddling or holding hands, arms around eachother, kissing, I always get an uncontrollable erection. I do my best to hide it and it works, but that erection stays there for the 3 hours that we are together. Then after she is gone, I have severe pain in my testicles. This pain stays for about 8 or 9 hours, I cannot figure out why this is happening. I believe it has to do with the fact that i have an erection for 3 hours. B/c other than this situation I have no problem with masturbating or anything. I cant figure it out. Please help!!

It's called blue balls. If you don't ejaculate, then you'll get it. So, if you don't want to be in pain, your only choice is to masturbate.

It's called blue balls. Your nuts are anticipating a release as a result of the erection however, since there isn't one, it causes soreness. I'd recommend something for that but it would probably just get me another violations notice from Y! answers.
That's called "BLUEBALLS" and it is caused by erection without ejaculation. My exhusband got it while we were dating.

Sounds like a case of what is often referred to as blue balls. the only cure is sex or masturbation. So, if she is not into sex and won;t masturbate you then all you can do is go masturbate soon after each encounter with her.
