I was about 12 and I had the same situation that you had. I liked the hair, and there was no problem with it being there, but it's nice to sometimes shave it. You don't really need special razors. (If you can get softer razors it's better), but it's just a matter of being careful. If you want to start shaving your ball-area just make sure you stretch the skin before you start shaving so it's nice and taut. If you have any shaving gel around the house use that, but shaving cream works too.
i was around your age. i started shaving my pubes at like 15 when they were long, and i still do it. my *** hole hair i shaved at 16 but it was hard to do. the shaving is ok, but it will become itchy. you have to use a razor, o r get a wax.
hey dude, my hair start growing when i was you age too, but i start shaving like...at 17, i don't relise that i have a lot of hair there xD...and my penis hair i just shave once, but i don't like it, so i just cut a little with scisor, i'm mexican, sorry hehehe mi inglish is not perfect yet, but if you don't have shavecream, you can use SOAP, and buy a raser, good luck!

It's not a necessity to shave...I'm 15 and I don't. If you're growing a forest, then it would be time to shave, but if it's not too much, there's nothing to worry about.
