Take your mom's height, and your dad's....add them together, and divide by two....then add 4" if you are male, or subtract 3 inches for females, that will give you an approximation for your adult height.
Males typically grow till they are in their late teens sometimes to early twenties.
Eat whole foods to grow as much as possible, and get lots of exercise.
You really can't do much to grow taller, just eat nutritious meals and get enough sleep. You may grow more, guys usually don't top growth until 20.
nothing u can do. and i thnk ull grow an inch tall thats about it..depends on ur gene..some people grow 3 inches in 3 years..but those are very lucky.
