Sorness help?!


Question: I did a workout last Thursday, and I'm sore. Does anyone know anything I can do or eat to reduce my soreness until baseball tryouts on Sunday? Also, is it not smart to run when I'm sore?

Well if you're extremely sore it can indicate two things; first, it may indicate that your out of shape. Second, it can be a sign that you just worked out to hard. The best thing you can eat (or drink) is whey or isolate protein powder. If you are sore and you continue to do vigorous exercise, your body will take longer to heal itself. Rest and protein is your best bet so you can be frresh for your try-outs. Good Luck. Oh yeah, if you're to cheap to get protein powder, just eat fish, white meat, or beef.
