Yes there is a way to prevent this. When you go pee make sure you pull your foreskin all the way back. Also, when you're done going pee, make sure you wipe it dry, or use an alcohol-based wet wipe before putting your foreskin back

Is the smell coming from the sperm or just from rolling back the foreskin? If it is the sperm, then chances are it is what you are eating as part of your diet. If it's the latter, ask your doctor.

well....its probably just smegma.....and if u said that you've tried washing already. how abt pulling the skin back while u pee and wiping it off after u pee...or even consider circumcision. the urea from the pee may cause the smell.
