Question: I know exactly what you mean. I'm an English grammar teacher and have written a grammar book, so when I read what some people write here, it does give me a good laugh. The obviously failed English grammar in school.

Although your English is not so good either, I would say because of a number of reasons:
a) native English speakers may not write in proper English, as they get used to "Internet English" between their friends.
b) non-native speakers of English may not have that good command of the language required by some people (including myself).
I suggest we all be careful when asking question, both in regard to their content and their phrasing.

Most of the questions you encounter are along the lines of "is my penis too small", "How can I grow my boobs" and "I had sex without a condom, could I be pregnant". If any of these people could type out good english, they would at least be educated enough to answer their own questions. Therefore, it's up to the educated to educate the ignorant.
A lot of people that are here are from different countries, because there is no page for their country. Since they might know English (or think they might know English), they come to the United States page and ask questions here. The United States page is also the most popular, so you could understand why someone would post a men's health question here. Like someone else said, too many of the questions are asked by younger kids. The "is my penis small?", "will I grow taller?" questions are usually asked by teenagers, and you know how teenagers like to use IM speak, and they never once bother to read what they typed to make sure it makes sense. That's how you get these confusing questions and answers that make no sense! If people just took a little longer to make sure what they typed made sense, everyone here would seem like a smart person, rather than a little kid or a non-native English speaker. I take the time to write everything out, and I read what I typed before I submit it; I'm 16 and English is my 2nd language. =]
