How much is too much when you workout. how many days of rest in between.?!

Question: If you can't find a well-defined rule for resting and working, just listen to your body-- exercise will cause a little bit of pain but once it gets into lingering pain then you know to rest, at least that area. (like if you have a sore knee that lasts the whole day, you should not exercise on it again until it heals and then try to think about what you did to make it hurt to avoid it)

Take one day off between work outs. or you could work out every day. I day use one set of muscles the next day a different set. Its best though the take one day off to left the muscles rebuild themselves.

Try every other day unless you are really sore, then take another day off

work out every other day, cause it helps your muscles rest and get bigger!!
