I pee sitting down in the mornings because I'm too lazy to stay standing up. I also put both lids down afterwards so that everyone has to touch the damn thing, regardless of sex. Now that's equality.
Make them clean up the bathroom. That will usually solve that problem.

no, they just need to invent a toilet that's deeper. why have water 4 inches below the top edge of the toilet, and no walls to pee on.
See, if we could pee on a wet, vertical surface, the surface tension of the liquid would instantly (and without splash) bond the pee to surface and it would just slide down into the water... no we have to piss straight into the water, which is basically like a big urine fountain of fun, till its' time to clean the toilet.

No way, men pee standing up and women pee sitting. Unless you pee in the shower, then you'll be standing too. Or if you pee in Japan, you're squatting over a urinal on the floor. Either way, the seat thing has never been an issue. I for one don't back into the toilet when I use it. And my husband doesn't pee all over the place when he goes. If the seats up, I put it down. I don't complain and I don't make a fuss. If it's anybody's fault, it's whoever decided the modern toilet is still a good design and implemented that into every house instead of putting a urinal in the bathroom as well.
No there should be a guys bathroom and a seporate girls bathroom. and each are responsable to clean thier own bathroom girls can be just a dirty buy peein and splashin on the underside of the seat if they dont wipe it the seat after use it can get gross
