Why do men's groins(ball sac) always itch?!

Question: I shower daily and always wear fresh boxers. The only time it doesnt' itch is when I apply alcohol and Anti-itch cream. The wierd thing is that , it's the right side that itches, my left side never itches.

You might try an anti-fungal cream. If no help, consult your doctor or a dermatologist.

some washing powders and shower gels can make you itch there as it is a very tender and sensitive area
