At 15 years old , four and half inches is not too far away from average your age .
The average length of an erect adult is around 6.2 inches and with some growing to do you will probably end up around the average length . bear in mind an average means just that , some guys will be much bigger , but others will be smaller .
As for the girth that sometimes only shows any real increase towards the end of puberty
masturbating has no effect whatsoever on size of your penis , all young guys masturbate at least once a day , and some like yourself much more
Personally I think twice a day should be enough to reduce stress , and you should get out and about more with mates to fill in your time .

well, if your talking about your erect penis i would have to say its below average,but that doesnt matter because theres pills for that... so dont be worried... the average for and adult male is 6" but for a 15 year old boy, probly like 5" and yes ittl still grow, itll grow till your about 25 so you dont have to worry about it.

will it still grow? yes, although dont expect it to double in size. the average penis length is around 5 1/2 inches so its nothing to worry about even if it doesnt. if you know what you're doing with it women tend not to care about the size of it. as for the frequency of masturbating, it might pay to cut back a bit, whacking off that often can cause your penis to become desensitised and then sex isnt too much fun.

4.5" is is little small but it can even now grow for you. Masturbation 2/3 times is day is excessive and indicates some psychological problem.
