Your Most spectacular and favorite sports ...??!
Question: What are your Most spectacular sports and favorites??
For Spectacle:
1. Have any of you ever watched an Australian Footy game??
No protection - spectacular tackling, clashes, dynamic long kicks of the football, and spectacular aerial clashes by opponents competing for the mark - catch in the air.
It's a very fast game on a very big field.
2. Also "Hurling" - in Ireland, I think??
What a great game this is:
They use a hockey type stick, but pick the ball up and whack it with the stick 70+ yards, where players compete to receive it and drive it further down the field.
Again, another Great game using very large arena.
My Favorite is a game I made up myself. 'Grappleball'
People just seem to love playing it; some call it 'Wicked!'
It's more or less like an 'almost-anything-goes' keepings off game between 2 sides, but there are goals at either end, and you can score from in front or behind the goal!
It's Wicked!!
