How can i get from 305 to 225 over the summer?!

diet and a whole bunch of excersise and your frame size and how much muscle you have to physical education is great

ok man ive lost a lot of weight so i know where your coming from... the most importaint thing to do is keep that mind set of loosing weight and not o ill just do it tomarrow because that how you just keep adding on the pounds..

now then my best way if to run and stop eating fast food

I lost 75 pounds in 3-4 months by counting my calories, for me it was 2,400 a day and it was important to not go over or under. I exercised 5 days a week for 1 hour a day. Good luck.
